Oregon Automotive LLC is a family-owned automotive repair and maintenance facility located in Houston, Texas. We provide:

· Automotive diagnostics and repairs

· Routine maintenance services (oil changes, alignments, etc.)

· Brake services

· Engine repair

· Transmission services

· Electrical system repairs

· And other automotive services for most makes and models

Our website provides information about our services, allows you to schedule appointments, contact us, and learn more about our business.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for: - Providing accurate and complete information - Maintaining the security of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for: - Violation of these Terms - Fraudulent or illegal activity - Provision of false information - Any other reason at our sole discretion

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Oregon Automotive LLC.

We accept walk-in customers based on availability. Appointments are given priority.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible at (281) 894-2000 or info@oregon-auto.com.

Repeated no-shows without notification may result in our refusal to schedule future appointments.

Diagnostic services may be subject to fees, which will be communicated to you before work begins.

We provide estimates for repair work. Estimates are not final quotes and may change based on: - Additional problems discovered during service - Parts availability and pricing changes - Unforeseen complications

We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate.

By authorizing service, you agree to pay for all approved work, parts, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment even if your insurance or warranty company does not cover the full amount.

While we strive for quick turnaround times, completion dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to parts availability, complexity of repairs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept: - Cash - Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) - Debit cards - Other payment methods as posted at our facility

If payment is not received at the time of service completion, we reserve the right to: - Retain your vehicle until payment is made in full - Charge interest on overdue amounts at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law - Pursue collection through legal means

In accordance with Texas law, we may assert a mechanic’s lien on your vehicle for unpaid services.

Oregon Automotive LLC provides a 2-year or 24,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor for covered repairs, subject to the following conditions:

Warranty Coverage Includes: - Defects in workmanship - Failure of parts installed by us - Repairs performed at our facility

Warranty Does NOT Cover: - Normal wear and tear - Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect - Modifications made after our service - Failure to perform recommended maintenance - Parts or repairs not performed by Oregon Automotive LLC - Consequential or incidental damages

To make a warranty claim: 1. Contact us immediately at (281) 894-2000 2. Return the vehicle to our facility for inspection 3. Provide proof of original service

We will repair or replace defective parts or workmanship at no charge if the warranty claim is valid.

We honor legitimate warranty claims promptly and professionally, consistent with our commitment to customer service.

This warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective parts or workmanship. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW:

Oregon Automotive LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities - Vehicle damage not caused by our negligence or willful misconduct - Delays in service due to circumstances beyond our control - Damage to personal property left in your vehicle

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not related to the services we perform. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your vehicle while in our care.

You agree to: - Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition - Disclose any known issues or previous repairs - Remove valuable personal items from your vehicle - Pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after notification of completion - Pay all charges in full and on time - Not hold us responsible for items left in your vehicle

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Oregon Automotive LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not: - Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without permission - Use our trademarks or logos without written consent - Copy or scrape website content - Create derivative works from our content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you fail to pick up your vehicle within 5 business days of notification that service is complete, we may charge a storage fee of $25 per day or the maximum amount permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower.

After 30 days, we may exercise our rights under Texas mechanic’s lien laws, which may include selling your vehicle to recover unpaid charges.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oregon Automotive LLC regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Oregon Automotive LLC.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: - Acts of God (natural disasters, severe weather) - War, terrorism, or civil unrest - Government actions or regulations - Labor disputes - Supply chain disruptions - Pandemics or public health emergencies

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
